As a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, I coach women of all ages and specialize in pregnancy, postpartum exercise, and the perimenopause & menopause transition. Combining expertise in strength training, pelvic floor health, and nutrition, I am here to help you feel your best at every phase of your life.

With over six years of experience, I have helped women of all ages achieve their individual goals.

For pre- and postnatal mums, my focus is to help you feel stronger and become stronger. Your pelvic floor function and core strength are top priorities! I’ll teach you how to train your core safely and effectively. Maintaining fitness and strength throughout pregnancy is incredibly important not just for you, but for your baby as well.

Postnatal fitness is about a safe and gradual return to exercise. There are specific considerations, such as Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), that require care. Rushing back into exercise without a check-up from a women’s health physiotherapist can increase the risk of issues like back pain or prolapse later on.

Every woman is unique, and so is every pregnancy. My approach is tailored to you.

My private, ladies only studio is located in Yeadon where I offer 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 personal training for all women.
