All Personal Training Packages include:
Initial consultation.
Each training session 1 hour in duration.
Workout plans tailored to suit you and for you to follow in your own time, (displayed over an app).
Nutritional support (calorie & macro setting), alongside a nutrition guide and a recipe booklet which is macro and calorie counted.
Meal plans can be provided if necessary (only if non-pregnant).
My full support in and out of the session.

Pregnant and postnatal:
Receive a prenatal recipe booklet with calorie and macro counted meals.
Prenatal or postnatal core guide .
Pregnancy exercise modifications list.

Monthly payment of £210 (Best value: Works out as just £49.40 per session over the course of the year, making it cheaper than block bookings)!

Monthly payment of £385 (including both 4 & 5 weeks).

£265 - sessions must be used within 2 month time period

£515 - sessions to be used within 3 month timeframe

Try out personal training with a taster session at £50.
(Taster sessions include only the consultation call).

Buddy up with a friend of a similar fitness level and attend a 1 hour personal training session together.
£30 each for 1 session or book a block of 6 sessions for £175 each.
(Individual one off sessions do not include the points above).
Online Coaching
Still look and feel amazing only without the 1-2-1 gym experience.
Free initial consultation to assess your form and capabilities.
Free information booklet dependant on your package choice: prenatal, postnatal, fat loss or perimenopause and menopause.
Monthly training block tailored for you and your goals.
Macro/calorie settings and nutrition sources.
Weekly telephone/facetime check ins .
Unlimited support.
