    Minimum commitment: 3 months

      Choose from:

      • 5 personal training sessions (1 session per week for 5 weeks)

      • 10 personal training sessions (1 session per week for 10 weeks)

      Tailored workout plans are available as an add-on and can be discussed during your consultation call.

  • Great value for those who want to commit to consistent training.

    • Includes 10 coaching sessions (x2 per week for 5 weeks)

  • Try out personal training with a taster session.

    • Includes session only.

  • Still look and feel amazing only without the 1-2-1 gym experience.

    • Free initial consultation to assess your form and capabilities.

    • Free information booklet dependant on your package choice: prenatal, postnatal, general fitness/body composition change/fat loss/muscle build or perimenopause and menopause.

    • Monthly training block tailored for you and your goals.

    • Macro/calorie settings and nutrition resources including a calorie & macro counted recipe book, an in depth nutrition guide and a guide on understanding calories & energy balance.

    • Weekly telephone/facetime check ins lasting 15 minutes.

    • Unlimited support.

    Minimum contract - 3 months

  • Includes in-person training sessions + access to general resources. (Personalised workout plans and nutrition reports are not included in this package).

    £35 per person for 1 session.

    Bookings are taken in blocks of 5 - £175 per person
