1-2-1 nutrition coaching

Alongside personal training I also offer 1-2-1 nutrition coaching. I will provide you with all the information you need on nutrition and what strategies you’d be best implementing to help you towards your goal.

I don’t prescribe restrictive meal plans, instead i educate you on how you can eat the foods which you like within your daily calories. If fat loss is your goal then you can still incorporate these foods and lose body fat!

During your nutrition consultation we will discuss your current and previous dietary practices and how we can make an improvement from where you are now. Taking into account your lifestyle and nutritional understanding i will find a dietary strategy which would work well for you. Tracking calories isn’t for everyone and it doesn’t need to be, i can show you different methods which you can implement to help you reach your goal.

My aim is to help you understand nutrition and how you can make it work for you!

For new and expectant mothers Its not just your diet throughout pregnancy which matters but its your preconception diet which matters too! I will be able to offer you all the advise you need on which nutrients are vital for the growth and development of your baby and how to best to support your health outcomes too.
