Strength training is the key to a strong, healthy and confident body. That ‘toned’ look? It’s muscle! After 30, muscle mass naturally declines each year but with the right training and nutrition you can maintain strength, improve body composition and set yourself up for long term health.

Cardio is important too however in my sessions, we prioritize weight training to build muscle and increase strength. You’ll also get personalized training programs to complete in your own time, incorporating cardio to support your heart health and overall fitness.
