Hi, I’m Claudia Bedford a personal trainer and qualified nutritionist with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for health and strength runs deep, not just because I love training but because I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is to fuel and care for your body properly.

I specialize in coaching women of all ages, from pregnancy and postpartum to menopause and beyond. I believe fitness should be empowering at every stage of life, and my goal is to create a friendly, safe space where all women feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their journey

As a personal trainer, I’m very hands-on, motivational, and deeply invested in every client’s success. I don’t just design workout plans, I take the time to get to know each individual, their goals, and their challenges, so we can work together in a way that fits their lifestyle. Building strong relationships with my clients is a bonus that makes my work even more rewarding.

In my late teens, I battled anorexia, and while overcoming it was a huge challenge, one of the biggest struggles that followed was losing my period for eight years due to the stress I had put my body through. That experience opened my eyes to the true importance of proper nutrition, strength training and rest, not just for performance but for overall health, hormone balance, and longevity. Now, I help women understand how to nourish and move their bodies in a way that supports them for life.

I absolutely love weight training and believe it’s one of the best things you can do for your body. I train myself 4–5 times a week, and one of my proudest personal achievements is deadlifting 115kg! Strength isn’t just about numbers, it’s about feeling powerful, resilient, and capable in every aspect of life.

In November 2024, I achieved a long term dream of opening my own studio, a space where women can train in a welcoming and supportive environment. My studio is baby friendly, so new mums can feel comfortable bringing their little ones while they focus on their health and strength.
